So...

(ramble)

prophet, general, and sele belong to siso who is sometimes called sissy by kaaos but is completely jailbait to taco and also a total nerd to steel who is only eighteen although I totally thought he was like early twenties and apparently I have a really sexy voice even though I was mistakened once for a twelve year old boy sometime last year?

(/ramble)

Explanation!

Basically, I laid claim to Prophet (Nicky), Thegeneral, and Sele. Nicky and General because I got really close to those two, and Sele because I got to know him quite a bit, AND I was the one that got him into the legion. ;D Kaaos (my 'fearless legion leader') called me Sissy a few times today, which made me giggle. Honestly, I was kinda just waiting for it to happen. Sisosa to Siso to Sis... Sissy had to happen lol. (I renamed my computer to "Sissygirl" lol.) Taco, on the other hand, still calls me jailbait. And Steel (Steelskin, a guy I met with Taco once before, who we just so happened to end up running into again and becoming friends with :P) said I looked like a nerd~ Lol. (I told him I looked like a dork.) From the way his voice sounded, I swore he was in his early twenties, like 21 or 22. He told me he's only 18. o.O I told him I thought he sounded older, and then I mentioned that I probably don't sound my age either. I'm like, "I don't sound nineteen, do I? D:" He tells me (something along the lines of) "I dunno but you sound fuckin sexy :P" o____o; I also mentioned that to General later when he's online and he tells me as well, "You do sound sexy :)" *dumbfounded!* The reason I'm finding it so hard to believe is the fact that sometime last year, back in my Counter-Strike:Source days (lol), I had a friend who thought I sounded like a twelve year old boy for the LONGEST time. (/explanation)

Gosh the world is so odd. -__-''

I could never get a boyfriend, of all the guys I ever met at school or otherwise, irl. But ALL these guys hit on me online. And they're not random net people either - they're actually people I've taken the time to get to know a little before hearing such things from them. AHHAHDKHFSJhfwesr. (And YES the internet is a different place, they're not ALL creepers. If you go to random chat rooms, yes there are a lot of really awkward and creepy people lurking about there. But if you go to the gaming side of the net, not so much. n_n Lol I've met a lot of really really good people through online gaming :P)

Oh, and Immortal legion really likes me, apparently. Yay! :P Now I just gotta start memorizing whose voice is whose.. >.< (I've got Kaaos, Awenzi, Zeta, Whren, Bertie/Iago, and mebbe a couple others so far, but there are sooo many more people on that vent compared to how many people were usually on Traci's vent, and a lot of people have similar voices. It's difficult, but I'ma get there soon. >.< !!)

...I miss my Blake sooo much ):

Oh Aion, how I've missed you

So I was reading back those posts I made with snippets of conversations with my old WoW guild, and the one from xfire... Oh man, those were good times yes. But I'm back on Aion, and unfortunately I can't copy+paste from my Aion chat, so looks like I won't be able to perserve word-for-word those conversations... Then again, however, since I've been back on Aion, I've found a new legion (twice, actually lol... I'll explain soon), and new friends. Traci (Bubblez, as her main is named, and as we all affectionately call her) used to host the vent server for the Drunken Monkeys legion, but now just hosts the server for her friends to hang out and chat. It's our little place to call home, I guess one could call it. The only people allowed in are people we trust and have made friends with, and anyone that has pissed Bubblez off is not welcome in... Unfortunately, one of those people that managed to get themselves on that list happens to be my sweetie's best friend for some stupid mistake he made... But I'm not gonna go into detail about that. This is a recap of lost time, all that time I've been sitting away from my lovely blog which I've somehow kept for so many years now.. I know I'm not the most interesting person on Xanga, but it doesn't hurt to ramble every so often and pretend there's an audience, right? :P

I'd been playing World of Warcraft with TJ, Blake, Alex, and Shea for quite some time. (Not too long after my birthday, I believe.) It wasn't years like most people played it, but I played long enough to hit level cap, and learn plenty about the lore. I knew my way around the maps, I knew a lot of the quests, and I also happened to know where to farm plenty of mats for multiple different professions. I made plenty of friends, and I was loved amongst them. I got my name out a little, and knew quite a few different guilds... And the funny part was I'd only actually been playing for what 3, maybe 4 months? I got a level eighty character in less than a month and a half. Hell, I might have gotten it a lot quicker if I hadn't been leveling her with my friends, and had been playing constantly (like I often do). I knew how to play my class (shadow priest, in case I hadn't mentioned it before lol..), and I knew how to rack up the DPS. I knew how to gem my gear, I knew how to GET my gear. I had max tailoring and was working on getting max enchanting. I even got lucky and found the Mongoose enchant recipe, though I couldn't use it just yet. :P I had the addons I liked (Titan, LunarSphere, Chatter, etc), and the addons everyone pretty much expected you to have (GearScore, Recount, Deadly Boss Mods, etc). My server just sucked for raids. Everyone was so elitist - if you weren't in the guild preforming the raid, your chances of getting in were pretty slim. The only raids I could really get into were Trial of the Crusader 1O and 25man, Ulduar 1O/25 and some Burning Crusade raids. (I never even got a chance to try Naxx!) I started an Ice Crown Citadel 25man run once, but at one wipe of the first boss, people started to drop... pathetic, honestly. And even if I got into the raids, I think the only one I ever actually finished was this really good one group through ToC 1O who was determined to finish, even though we wiped a few times. n_n;; I never did a full Ulduar, only ever managed to finish half the weeklies I would grab, etc and so on blahblahblah. I never actually tried to really get into a good guild because 1) high expectations, 2) high requirements, 3) high experience. The good guilds usually wanted people who already knew all the raid boss fights, had all the gear, had all the addons, etc. I was lazy. I liked being an easy-going, social player, who would go on raids when I was available and when the guild could go. The elite of the elite guilds had strict schedules on raids, and if you weren't there for a raid you missed out on a LOT. Whatever. But anyway, after my last month of WoW ran out, I decided to surprise my friends with a month of Aion.

AION: The Tower of Eternity. It was such a shiny game, with a slightly different appeal. The classes were based of the traditional - some with a slight twist, and others just shiny revamps of classics. When it came to MMOs, I liked playing all the classes. The ones that would always pique my interest most, however, were the healer classes (especially if they had a lot of healing power, but also a good amount of damaging power) and nukes. Of course, I rolled my cleric first. And oh man do I love my cleric. It doesn't help that clerics are pretty much considered the most overpowered class in the game - geared & socketed correctly, they can beat down any class, though they usually have the most trouble from their own. (Cleric vs cleric evenly geared/socketed is usually a test of proc/stigma/mp consumption, as well as cleric vs chanter.) The real big DPS nukes of the game, however, would be the sorcerers. Huge damage output, plus crowd control? Killer. Spiritmasters and rangers come in close afterwards - SMs having multiple summons/pets and DoTs as well as fear, rangers with huge burst damage skills and stun/silence/sleep. Assassins are huge with burst damage as well, but their claim to fame is their ability to keep their prey completely manipulated - with multiple stuns, high burst melee combos, and poison DoT, they're on you quick, drop you quick, and then drop hide to run away and kill again... Gladiators are kings of AoEs, swinging giant polearms or greatswords around with ease, and dealing damage to multiple enemies at once. They have steady DPS, but are not as high burst damage as sins, but where they lack in that power they make up for in being able to tank. Since they are generally seen with 2 handed weapons (or, not as often, dual wielding one-handers), they are a high power source of DPS, but since they wear plate they are often asked to tank when templars cannot be found. Templars are the traditional image of the tank - sword and shield, high defense, high health. They have a lot of skills which do things like raise aggro (emnity/threat/hate), absorb damage, even boost their health. Temps also get a skill for pulling which literally does that - pulls the target towards them. Their ability to also use a greatsword makes them good steady DPS as well. As for the last class to round out the game, there is the second path of the priest class, the chanter. Chanters are DPS, they are heals, they are buffs. They have mantras - auras that buff their group members around them with effects such as increased attack, increased resistances, increased defenses, hp/mp regen, and in the higher levels even ones that give super boosts to offensive or defensive stats. They also get upgrades of the health and defense buffs all priests start with - a +1O% health buff and +1O% defense buff, upgrading to +15% health, and, should they choose to take this stigma, a +1O% hp/+1O% def/+5O resist buff. Chanters are generally DPS, pumping out a steady stream of attacks to whittle away at the target's health, applying debuffs with nearly every attack they use. They go through a huge portion of their levels with just one heal (2sec cast, but no cd), which makes them great for off heals, but unless geared/socketed for it, hard for main healing. Late game, however, they get a few more heals, making a job as healers a lot easier and nicer looking. Both priest classes, amusingly, are actually quite nice as non-elite tanks, or off-tanks. Clerics, later in game, get a lot of shields, and have a plethora of heals to burn through. Chanters, later in game as well, also get a shield, plus their buffs ease up what they take. In my personal experience, as a cleric, if I have someone DPSing while I'm standing their being smacked in the face, I can heal through quite a bit. (I have never, EVER, tried to tank a boss with just me and one DPS, unless it was me and a chanter. /shudder)

Bah! I completely got off from what I originally was starting with this rambling post. Anyway! I was reading through the old stuff that I was able to copy and paste from my WoW conversations with my guild... And it's too bad that I'm not able to do the same for my Aion legion conversations. I noticed that when I played WoW, I got to know a lot of people who were either just slightly younger, or considerably older than me. There was only just a handful of people that I became good friends with that were actually really close to my age. (Honestly... most people I met that played WoW were in the 15-17 age group or 3O+ lol) Then I go back to Aion and join a new legion to find out that at least, what? 3, 4 other people in just the handful that I got really close to were just about the same age as me? The group that I got really close to in the legion were all about the same age, save for our lovely Bubblez, who was everyone's mommy. (: (We don't talk about Bubblez's age. LOL.)

It's actually pretty amazing how quickly I got to know these people. I didn't know a single one of them, but then I'm suddenly super close to so many of them! There's Bubblez/Traci, Taco/Allan, Asmo/Nick, Feanan/Robert, Sir/John, Armageddon/Robb, (and then the ones we've never used their real names) Allstate, General, Kada, and Abyss!

Nick, or as he is affectionately known as, Nicky, managed to be my closest friend of all of them, to everyone's surprise. He was the group pervert, who made sexual innuendos and jokes with and to everyone, flirted with everyone, and would randomly say - whether in vent or in chat - "boner" and "I'm horny." Hell, one of the first times he spoke to me in-game, he said, "I'm horny" then asked "Siso, do you have a boyfriend?" (I was the only female in the group at the time.) Although I said I did, somehow the thought that the two of us were soulmates got into his head. I joined the Drunken Monkeys legion (because that's what the group was predominately comprised of), and joined them on vent, and because of that they tried to recruit poor Nicky into the legion as well, with bribes of joining vent to talk to this pretty girl he was hitting on. In the end he left his legion and joined up, and the very first thing all of us hear him say in vent was "Is that my soulmate?" after hearing me say something right as he joins the vent server. I find it funny, but slightly awkward, his advances, although I'm already taken. But as the night goes on and people start leaving the server to head to bed, it ends up with me and him being the last two left. Neither of us feel like sleeping, and somehow we both start talking, having a serious conversation, and getting to know each other. This goes on for about half a week, the two of us staying up until dawn, and once even staying up just about the entire night until we can't lift our heads anymore. We got closer, and now we bestow our secrets upon each other and entrust those secrets to stay between us. I consider him my best friend in Aion, and a very dear friend out. We have a project we're working on together, and a lot of hopeful ideas for the future of said project. (No details right now - I promised I wouldn't tell :P) At first he was Nick, and I rejected him at every turn. But I softened up, because we had a lot of inside jokes now. We established that it was all just for fun amongst our friends. And these upcoming stories are the kinds of stories I hope to remember for a lonnnng time.

The legion knew that Nicky and I had the bad habit of staying up really late at night, gaming and chatting. And generally since it was just me and him, we would go to sleep at the same time. Feanan is a med student, and leaves every so often on med trips I believe with his father to help establish medicines in foreign countries. (Or something like that, I'm not completely clear on the details, but the point I'm trying to get across is that he's gone for a few days every so often.) In those few days, a lot can happen. I wasn't really paying attention one day when Feanan was back, and Taco casually asks what time I had gone to bed. I reply, "Oh, I think me and Nicky went to bed around 6, or something." (I dunno if it was actually six that I said lol.) Taco laughs at me, amazed at how late it was, once again, when suddenly Feanan interjects with, "Wait. You went to bed... together?" Everyone in vent just bursts out laughing. It was GOOD.

The next time Feanan comes back from a trip, we're all in a new legion and I get online to multiple "Hi Siso"'s. Feanan tells me to get in Immortal's (new legion's name) vent, because that's where everyone was. (I had hopped onto Bubblez's vent to find nobody there, haha.) So, we're all hanging out and having fun with the legion, just gaming and chatting away, when I see Nicky sign on. So I say in legion chat "nickyyyyy get on immortal's vent sweetie", because we're close enough to have the little petnames for each other, haha. Feanan sees this and is suddenly confused going, "Wait a minute, Siso is calling Nick sweetie? When did this happen? I was only gone 5 days!" Bubblez, Taco, and me just start laughing.

Sisosa: Hah! Yeah, you missed a lot.
Bubblez: Yes, they're kissy kissy la la la now! When Nicky realized me and him weren't working out, he went to Siso!
Taco: Now it's me and Bubblez and Nick and Siso, right Bubblez?
Bubblez: That's right.
Sisosa: Oh mannn.
Feanan: Poor Siso.

I can't remember everything word for word, but that's basically what happened. Hilarious. Another funny with Feanan happens not too long later --

Sisosa: General is on! Yay!
Taco: So me, Siso, and General are here. Now we just have to wait for Nick.
Sisosa: That means I have to go find Nicky huh.
Taco: Pretty much.
Feanan: So I'm curious.. What's with this whole "Nicky" thing? "Nicky this," "Nicky that."
Sisosa: AHAHA! Bubblez started it, and I call him Nicky now!

Okay, again, I actually can't remember what I said for that last part, Feanan just kept making me laugh too much hahaha.

Alright, like I said, a lot of us moved to a new legion, Immortal. (Long story, I'll save it for next time!) Our new legion leader is Kaaos. Him, Sulfur, and Whren were kind enough to help Taco, Bubblez, and myself with the last campaign quest in Beluslan. Kaaos is a funny guy - he plays a female character, and says he likes ass. (I was afk once standing in Red Mane Cavern in Beluslan, and while afk apparently Kaaos had been by. I came back to see "Kaaos slaps you across the cheek" emote chat in my chat window, and ask in legion "Kaaos, why did I get a slap? T.T" To which I get a reply of "it was supposed to be on your ass" LOL) While in the instance, he randomly types to us, "take off your pants and jacket." We all stand there, wondering what he's talking about, and ask about it. Then he says it over vent and we realize what it meant, and just start laughing so hard. (Seriously, say that out loud. If you don't get it, you don't have a dirty enough mind. :P) Nicky wasn't there, however, so I say, "Ohmygod, Taco!"

Taco: Yes Sis?
Sisosa: He missed another one!
Taco: What?
Sisosa: Nicky's not here! He missed another perfect comment for him!

Bubblez, Taco, and I start laughing harder.

I told Nicky about that whole thing later, when we were back on Bubblez's vent idling chattering amongst ourselves.

Sisosa: Yeah I was telling Taco how it would have been perfect for you.
Nick: Hah, I probably would have said "I already am."

LOL.

Okay, okay.. just about seven in the morning, I've been typing for probably well over two hours. I can't think of more at the moment, but I'll be sure to post plenty of the great stuff we say ASAP next time. :P
